• Project Name:Rich Road Upgrade -- Deschutes River to 87th Ave SE
• Contractor: Rognlin's Inc
• Project Cost: $3,104,882.55
• Length: June 2012 thru Summer 2013
• Scope: Building a 60' bridge over Spurgeon Creek, placement of structural earth walls, widening and re-alignment of two horizontal curves.

• Major Traffic Impacts:Beginning the week of June 25, 2012 the contractor will install temporary traffic signals in the area of Spurgeon Creek.  Traffic will be reduced to one lane 24 hours per day to allow construction of a  new bridge and placement of a structural earth wall.  Please expect long delays.
